While I firmly believe in the power of teamwork, my journey hasn't been flawless. I've learned that embracing imperfection is key to genuine leadership, and this honesty has only strengthened my resolve to build and train top teams, helping them spot opportunities and surpass expectations.
At the heart of my endeavors is Women on the Rise International, Inc., an organization I founded with a dream to empower women through education. Over the past eight years, I've committed myself to this cause, but the path hasn't always been smooth. These challenges have only deepened my understanding of what women need to thrive in their careers. As a seasoned speaker, I share insights on communication, resilience, and workplace dynamics, focusing on diversity and career building. My workshops aren't just about imparting knowledge; they're about creating a space where women feel continuously supported and connected, relying on the wisdom and community we build together.

My Mission
My work and influence haven't gone unnoticed. Being featured in the Orlando Business Journal in 2020 and recognized as one of the Most Influential People in Orlando in 2021, and a 2022 Woman of the Year by Orange Appeal Magazine are honors that remind me of my mission's impact. Yet, these accolades are not my end goal. My vision is to inspire and empower women to break barriers and achieve their dreams. This journey is about creating a network where women find the essential support they need to succeed, making them indispensable in their domains.
I've experienced loss deeply, having lost both my parents before becoming a mother myself. With no family nearby, I've felt the weight of relying solely on myself, balancing motherhood to a young child with the drive to enact change and build a business. I understand this journey because I've lived it. I am you, and you are me – together, we navigate this path, united in our experiences and strength.
