I am a project management professional, entrepreneur, speaker, and community leader with a passion for helping people and organizations move ideas from concept to execution.

Throughout my career, I have learned that strong leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about creating clarity, building the right team, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and keeping the work moving forward. I believe in collaboration, accountability, and being willing to adjust when the path changes.

Much of my leadership experience has been shaped through Women on the Rise International, Inc., the nonprofit organization I founded more than a decade ago to empower women through education, access, opportunity, and community. Building and leading the organization has strengthened my ability to develop programs, manage partnerships, lead teams, navigate challenges, and turn ambitious ideas into tangible outcomes.

Those experiences have also shaped the way I approach every project: start with the vision, understand what needs to happen, bring the right people together, and create a practical path to get it done.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: good ideas matter, but execution is what brings them to life.
